Fridayyyyyy!

Hey everyone!

Had a really great night last night in Stratford! Didn't get to bed 'til about 11.30-12 but never mind. Getting up at 5.30am today was a struggle but I did it! That's the trouble with being too stingy to buy a second set of sheets - having to wash and dry them in the same day! So I've hung them up in my room. I was helping a girl today who said 

"I can't do the work miss" 

"why?" 

"I got up at 7 you see, I'm tired!" 

"I got up at 5.30, I think you'll live!"

"When did you go to sleep?!"

"11.30"

*gasps* "but miss, that's *counts on fingers* 6 hours! You need 10! You need 4 more hours!!!"

Made me giggle!!

Not too much to report today. It's 26 degrees which feels like about 35 to me today. I feel absolutely disgusting on the train at the moment!!

Spent today mostly helping individual students which was great. The afternoon was the best as we had sports day/Skipathon where the whole school was aiming for 250,000 skips to raise money for charity. I skipped 100 and helped the kids learn to skip, some of them were so stressed about it poor things!!

Everyone had to dress as an animal (money went to animal welfare) or in their sports team's clothes today. In my half asleep state this morning I forgot my pies jumper but remembered my hat! So I wore it. 

Tonight I'm having dinner with Trevor and Janet from my battlefields tour back in April. So looking forward to seeing them, my friend Troy and I really enjoyed their company on our tour!

Can't wait for an awesome weekend at the races and then a surprise on Sunday! Probably no blog tmro but one Sunday.
