Last night Jamie and I went out for dinner to celebrate Pa's 90th birthday. We went to the same pub we met at all those months ago in May for our first drink. Jamie was really lovely and practiced interview questions with me.
Then we headed back to mine and practiced skyping. Jamie sat in the kitchen and hallway and asked me questions!!
The interview went alright. I was a bit nervous and two of the questions were quite similar which threw me off a bit, but I tried my best. And that's all I can do :) So even if I don't get it it's good practice. We shall see!!
Today I took the day off work as it was an inset day at school and I've not felt very well recently. My cough got even worse today and I think it's becoming a chest infection. I won't get a doctor's appointment here before I leave though so I'll wait until I'm home.
I applied for some more jobs, did a few other things I needed to do and packed for Latvia and Lithuania next week.
Later in the day Lexi came over. I had told her I wasn't very well and she brought me some sweets/lollies which was lovely! We went for a short walk along Regents Canal. It was really lovely as all the autumn leaves are out. We strolled along, took some photos and quickly ducked into the supermarket. We also saw the floating bookshop. Took some photos for you Mum!
Walked back and we've booked two tickets for a haunted scavenger hunt on Halloween next Saturday at the Tower of London! Can't wait, another great week coming up.
I'm currently curled up in bed watching a movie. A very early night is in order as I'm feeling hot, dizzy and yuck. Hopefully I'll be ok tmro! I was meant to go to end of half term drinks for school but I wasn't feeling up to it.
