Hello all!
Last night we went and met Bradley in Piccadilly Circus. Him and Jamie met and we caught up over a drink. London was buzzing! I'll admit I've rarely gone out at night here due to being tired and poor. But I should more often, even just walking around was cool!
This morning we had a bit of a lie in and then Jamie brought me breakfast in bed.
Started watching a bit of bulldogs vs Adelaide and then went to boot camp. It was good, but not as good as last week. The instructor tried to number us off and do group things but it just made it complicated and we got confused!!
Watched the second half of the footy and what a match! Bad luck bulldogs but it was the best game I've watched in ages, I've missed that!! Enjoyed the twisties Bradley brought me while I watched.
Then we caught the train to Jamie's friends Katie and Rory's house and got a lift with them to Pete and Becky's house for their housewarming in Welling, northwest of London about 30km out. We had a great afternoon sitting in the (unexpected!) sun, drinking and eating BBQ off their new Weber (thought of you mum and dad!!) and chatting. Except at the end of the night some people we didn't really know started talking about the refugee situation and English politics. Went straight over my head - don't even really understand Aussie politics!
Now we are headed back and I'm very excited to be going inside Buckingham Palace tmro!!!! Unsure if I'm getting up at 6 for the footy - we shall see!!
