Hi everyone!
I'm typing this on the plane from Doha to Munich. We're about 1.5 hours away from Munich.
Both our flights were delayed by an hour but we have made up the time with a tailwind so are on track to arrive at 1pm which is a bit earlier than expected! (11pm Australian time). We have had quite a bit of sleep. I have only watched one movie and I think collectively I've had about 9 hour sleep, Mum even more! Mum and I have the afternoon to ourselves before we meet my friend James for dinner and then and meet Adam and Dad at about 9.30pm.
First of all congratulations everyone on surviving the so called apocalypse 21/12/12! Haha. I can't see any tsunamis or meteorites from my window seat so I think we are all ok!!!
It's a very small world. A girl named Kasey who went to Vermont the year ahead of me is not only on exactly the same flight of us, but sitting in the seat right in front of me!! So me, Mum and Kasey chatted away and the delayed time went pretty fast.'
Miss you all already, hopefully my jetlag isn't too bad after a day in Munich and I'll give you another update!

PS: Saw some pretty cool things from the plane. Saw Colombo, Sri Lanka lit up at night, as well as a sunset or sunrise somewhere near India and some beautiful desert landscapes in Oman.
