Today we spent two hours in awe at Aya Sophia. So beautiful and so much to look at. I've no idea how the people on the amazing race australia memorized all the symbols on the roof though!!
Next was the basilica cistern which was eerie but very interesting!! Then we walked to the sirkeci train station which has some interesting architecture and then the Egyptian spice markets. Many interesting smells there!'
We walked to the valens aqueduct and got lost so saw lots of different neighborhoods though and eventually found our way back!!
Off to a whirling dervishes show soon
